Applications for our 2011 Summer Day Camp are now available at the Mid-Coast Family Services main office.  This year's Summer Day Camp will be held from June 20th - July 14th, Monday - Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at the Central Church of Christ located at 801 E. Airline.  Our camp is open to students who have completed grades 1-6.  The cost to attend our 4-week camp is $25. 

Applications are taken on a first come first served basis.  Submission of an application form does not guarantee that your child will be accepted to our Day Camp.  Once a particular grade level class is full, your child may be put on a waiting list. 

Signatures of both the child and parent are required before the application form is turned in.  The signatures ensure that the information is accurate and that both parent and child are aware and in agreement of the Summer Camp Discipline Procedures.  Please make sure to fill in as much information as possible.
